Ubhar Restaurant: how to get the same look

I love the interior at Ubhar Restaurant in Bareeq Al Shatti. I am a traditional girl, but I love a few mod touches, and girly colourful ones at that. If I had my bachelor apartment again, I would go for a look similiar to this (but maybe turquoise instead of fuschia).Ghost chair, fuschia cushion, and purple couch, from Homesense.
Omani pottery and ceramics (I love the souq at Fanja on the way to Nizwa).

and then just add some Omani influenced artwork:)

Love the pics of the little Omani children. Insha'Allah you are going to have a REAL little Omani princess, Half Omani! :-) OPHO? I think I found her blog name. LOL

Gorgeous East-meets-West, Ancient-meets-Modern... and a look that really is easy to get with what is available locally. Nice!

Hind: It is a gorg. place and serves delicious braised camel meat accompanied by Omani coffee, so if you don;t have time to get your beduoin on in the desert, I highly recommend a short stop here while you're in Muscat.

Um Aaminah: INshaAllah, lol, that will suit her perfectly. You should see the baby crafts we are working on and our attempts at making cotton baby onsies into traditional dress lol.

Secret Salalah: Yes, I love it. Mainly because most of the items are very accessible. Like Kargeen. Stop in at Mutrah souq, and some of the furniture and capret shops lining Saabco center in Qurum and you've got these 2 interiors down easy. Of course, I think the Ubhar interior is a bit less expensive to achieve. The Louis ghost chairs are about 46 rials each though I believe.
