This post is dedicated to Kasey: Oman and UAE are getting Tim Horton's!

This post is dedicated to my friend Kasey in Canada who lives sometimes in the Gulf, but hates it here at times, and we all know why: the Khaleej, as it now stands, lacks a Canadian girl's coffee and sweets pick, Timmies.
But as Muscat Mutterings http://www.muscatmutterings.com/2011/02/help-local-blogger-and-tim-hortons.html wonderfully informs us, we are getting our Tim Horton's, so Kase, it's safe for you to move back now;D
Thank you MM for the glad tidings. Keep us abreast if you learn any developments of the TH's planned {Muscat?} locale.

Noor: You are friends with Kasey too? MashAllah:D

SUCH a small world isn't it? The blogging one I mean:D

Riyadh should DEFINATELY get itself a Timmies.

Aalia: I wonder if they'll get one close to you? Let us know the locale when it opens okay?

Kasey: LOL, you WOULD BE;D

I'm sure two locations would survive. They need one where your inlaws live too;D

Andy: I really, really like their soup. So delish on a cold day.

And my father will maybe finally visit? He'll find coffee besides qhawa:D & starbucks (his arch enemy).

That's what my kids asked me when we were in Dubai visiting. "Can we get some Timbits??". ( I do hope now they get to *relax* those new visa restrictions too :S sf

I am a Canadian who is not related but always read your blog. Love it so much....probably because of the Canadian influence. Glad Tim Hortons is coming your way! Snowing here again!!!

After all these years hearing about her outings to Tim Horton's maybe now I can taste what the fuss is all about :P Hopefully, there will be one in Sharjah soon.
