I'm guessing a trip to Ruwi High street, or the Muttrah Souq will resolve your bag desires....
Sythe: Mutrah, for sure doesn't but I honestly have never tried Ruwi. I kind of want good quality fake which usually comes via China more than India. There is a shop right in Muscat, but I don't where it is and its name. :( Thank you though! I'll try Ruwi on a pirated DVD purchasing drive:)
I don't know how much they are in Muscat, but in London they cost as much as a real LV! I had friends who paid 500 pounds for a 'good' quality one! You know, according to the manager of Hermes himself like 90% of the Birkins are fake haha... which I totally believe because it took me 2 years waiting for my first one =/ its impossible for these girls who are 20 years old to have 8 or 9 of them if they aren't a star because they only rush orders for famous ppl or royalty!
Mrs. Hanbag Addict: I found a way to bounce the wait time, you just see what they have by way of cancelled orders or changed ones;)
I did find a Centerpoint canzas take(printed pink ostrich Birken) which would be soooooooooooo cute for a little girl (not real or even a leather fake). I also found a LV printed blanket in Mars Hypermarket in Sohar. Two cool finds but NOT what I am looking for. I just need a nice fake Birken for my work.
If the woman standing is an Arab, am I an Eskimo?
Just in case you are still looking, you could try the Alasfoor Plaza behind Sabco. There is a shop that sells handbags and although I haven't been in it, the window has shown Burberry, LV etc from time to time and I don't think this is a bonafide designer shop. If you can get up to Dubai, there is Souq al Karama where if you are ready to hunt through all the bags, you can find very good quality bag, though you have to know somebody who can take you that the sellers know, or just tell them you want the good stuff, or else they will show you the shop stuff which is middle of the road. PS. Just in case the other mail didn't get through ..lost in oman is a bint and when you click on the link it takes you to jamal al balushi photograph website.
